# Create dashboard

> Create a private, empty dashboard of the token owner.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Scope `dashboards:write`. Guests cannot create dashboards.

## Body parameters

**name** `string` *required*

1 to 120 characters.

**description** `string`

Optional.

## Response

Status `201` with the dashboard in the shape of [Get dashboard](https://collabase.ch/docs/api/dashboards/get-dashboard.md). Two calls create two dashboards.
