# Update outcome

> Change an outcome's text, responsible person or due date while the meeting runs, saved against the version you read.

Send `baseUpdatedAt` and at least one other field. If someone changed the outcome since you read it,
the request returns `409 CONFLICT` with the outcome as it is now in `current`. Outcomes change only
while the meeting runs (`409 MEETING_NOT_RUNNING`).

<ParamField body="responsibleId" type="string | null">The member responsible. Must be invited to the meeting.</ParamField>
<ParamField body="dueDate" type="string | null">`YYYY-MM-DD`.</ParamField>
