# Order a project's work item types

> Set the order and the default of the types a project offers.

> Scope `projects:write`. Same rights and the same `409` for a template-linked project as when [offering a type](https://collabase.ch/docs/api/projects/offer-task-type.md).

## Body parameters

**order** `string[]` *required*

The ids of every offered type that is not phasing out, in the new order. The list must match what the project offers; otherwise the answer is `422`.

**defaultTaskTypeId** `string` *required*

The default type. It must be one of the listed types.

## Response

Status `200` with the entries in their new order.
