# HERMES project management guide

> HERMES project management with Collabase: phases, milestones, roles, scenarios and outcomes of HERMES 2022, and how to run a HERMES project in Collabase.

HERMES is the project management method of the Swiss Federal Administration. Federal offices, cantons, municipalities and many companies close to the public sector use it to run IT, organisation and service projects in a structured, comparable way.

This guide explains the elements of HERMES 2022 in short, practical chapters. Every chapter ends with a section on how to map that element in Collabase, using Projects, Collabase Docs, Registry and Automation.
