# Intranet
> The Intranet is Collabase's internal communication hub — announcements, events, quick links, birthday recognition, and more.
The Intranet is your organization's internal communication hub. It aggregates company announcements, events, blog posts, quick access links, and team birthdays into a single feed — accessible to everyone in the organization.
## What's in the Intranet
Published blog posts from all Spaces appear in a chronological company-wide feed. Filter by Space or author.
Upcoming company events, team meetings, and important dates visible to everyone.
Pinned shortcuts to frequently used tools, documents, and external resources.
Automatic birthday reminders for team members who have shared their date.
## Who sees the Intranet
All authenticated Collabase users can access the Intranet at the `/intranet` route. Content visibility respects Space permissions — blog posts from private Spaces are only shown to members of that Space.
## Admin configuration
Admins control the Intranet's layout and branding under **Admin → Intranet Config**:
* Set a welcome message or banner image
* Enable or disable the birthday widget
* Configure quick links available to all users (users can add personal quick links too)
* Control which Spaces contribute to the company feed
