The Collabase connector provides native actions and triggers that operate directly inside your Collabase instance. No credentials, no API keys — it reads and writes your Collabase data with full access to tasks, pages, projects, the Registry, Test Management, and notifications.

Authentication

Auth type: None (runs in the same security context as the automation)

Triggers

Meeting triggers fire only for automations whose owner may see the meeting. A private meeting reaches only automations owned by its participants.

Actions

Meeting actions act as the automation’s owner and need the same rights the owner needs in the Meetings app: an automation can only add agenda items where its owner may edit the agenda, and only invite people where its owner may edit the meeting. date and time are read in the owner’s time zone. With Send invitations right away the meeting is planned and the invitations go out; otherwise it stays a draft.
The Collabase connector is always available — it does not appear in the Connections list and requires no setup. Select it from the node picker under Built-in.
