Collabase (built-in) connector - Collabase

The Collabase connector provides native actions and triggers that operate directly inside your Collabase instance. No credentials, no API keys — it reads and writes your Collabase data with full access to tasks, pages, projects, the Registry, Test Management, and notifications.

Authentication

Auth type: None (runs in the same security context as the automation)

Triggers

Trigger	When it fires
Task Created	A new task is created in any project
Task Status Changed	A task transitions to a different workflow status
Task Assigned	A task is assigned to a team member
Page Created	A new page is created in any space
Page Updated	An existing page’s content is saved
Registry Object Created	A new registry object is created in any schema
Registry Object Updated	A registry object’s fields are modified
Test Case Failed	A test case result is marked as FAILED in a test run

The Collabase connector is always available — it does not appear in the Connections list and requires no setup. Select it from the node picker under Built-in.
