Three gadgets bring Service Management onto any dashboard. You find them in the gadget catalog under General once your group holds the Service Management app. Each gadget reads with your own rights. Two people looking at the same dashboard can see different numbers, because each sees only the service projects they can open.

SLA fulfilment

The share of service goals met among those that ended in the last 30 days, with the number met and missed. A goal counts when its due time falls in that stretch and it ended, either met or missed. While no goal has ended, the gadget says so instead of showing a percentage.

Open per queue

A big-number gadget with three counters: all open service tickets, those without an assignee and those with an SLA. It is a template. A queue is a saved filter, so replace the filter of each counter with the filter of the queue you want to count.

Top votes

The ten work items with the most votes, each with its vote count. The gadget shows the entry and the number, never who voted.
Public dashboard links show a placeholder for the SLA and vote gadgets. Neither the numbers nor any voter leave the app through a public snapshot.
