Scope projects:write. Same rights and the same 409 for a template-linked project as when offering a type.

Response

Status 200 with { "removed": true }. The type stays in the catalog; only the project stops offering it.

Status	Code	When
`404`	`NOT_FOUND`	The project does not offer this type
`409`	`TASK_TYPE_IN_USE`	Work items of the project still carry the type; `error.details[0].params.count` says how many. Move them to another type first.
`409`	`LAST_TASK_TYPE`	A project keeps at least one type
