Delete meeting
Delete a draft or cancelled one-off meeting with everything in it; meetings that reached a calendar stay.
DELETE
Deletes a draft or a cancelled one-off meeting with its agenda, outcomes and polls. A planned meeting
sits in the participants’ calendars and a held one carries decisions, so both stay:
cancel a planned meeting instead. An occurrence of a series
cannot be deleted either; it would come back with the series.

meetings:write. Organizers, co-organizers, Space admins (for meetings that are not private)
