Set up the WhatsApp connector in Collabase Automation: API Key authentication, 3 triggers such as Message Received and 5 actions such as Send Text Message.

to field must include the country code without + (e.g. 41791234567). WhatsApp only allows outbound messages to numbers that have opted in or where your business has approval for outbound messaging.
