How to connect it
- Open the integrations in the workspace settings.
- Choose Google Document AI and connect your account.
- Add a trigger or an action to the workflow.
- In Google Cloud Console, select or create a project with billing enabled (Document AI charges per page). APIs & Services → Library: enable Cloud Document AI API.
- Document AI → Processors: create the processors you need (e.g. Enterprise Document OCR, Form Parser, Invoice Parser) and note their location (us or eu).
- IAM & Admin → Service Accounts → Create. Grant it the role Document AI API User (roles/documentai.apiUser) on the project. Open the account, Keys → Add key → JSON and download the key file.
- Paste the whole JSON key file below and fill in the processors' location. The project is read from the key file unless you override it.
