These commitments date from before the product: in late 2024 Brian Trepto started Collabase as an open-source project for knowledge management and collaboration. They still hold unchanged now that Infometis AG develops and sells Collabase as its own product.

Cloud is an operating model here. We run the platform for organisations that want to hand operations over, and we ship the same platform to organisations that run it themselves. Moving between the two stays open.
Built along the real work.
Collabase grows along the work that actually comes up in Swiss organisations: requirement, test case, task and document in the same space, with the handovers between them. The shape comes from client projects, not from a feature list.

Development, operations, support and ownership are in Switzerland and stay there. The data centres are in Geneva and Winterthur, support works Swiss hours, and the company behind Collabase is based in Zurich. Neither development nor operations are outsourced abroad, and no outside stake is planned.
The same goes for how it came about: Collabase goes back to an open-source project Brian Trepto started in late 2024, which grew into a platform over the following months. Today it is developed and sold by Infometis AG in Zurich.
