Returns what changed in a test project, so a client can keep a local copy up to date. Ask for one kind of entry at a time.
The token needs the
tests:read scope. The person behind it needs to see the project; otherwise the answer is 404.Path parameters

| truncated | Only for deleted. true when since is older than 90 days, the time removals are kept. Read everything again. |
Cases
Each case hasid, key, externalId, status (ACTIVE or ARCHIVED), folderId, folderExternalId, updatedAt, a revision and the newest version with its steps. The revision is the one you send as baseRevision when you push a change. An archived case still appears, with its status.
Removals
Each entry has theentity (case or folder), the entityId, the externalId when there was one, the key of a case and the deletedAt time. A case that was moved to another project is reported as removed from the old one.
