Update agenda section
Rename an agenda section, saved against the version you read so a concurrent rename is never lost.
PATCH
Renames the section unless someone changed it since you read it. Then the request returns
409 CONFLICT with the section as it is now in current.

meetings:write. Organizers, and participants when the meeting allows it. The meeting must not
