Update decision
Reword a valid decision or change its decision makers, saved against the version you read.
PATCH
Rewords a
VALID decision. Send baseUpdatedAt and at least one other field. If someone changed the
decision since you read it, the request returns 409 CONFLICT with the decision as it is now in
current; a decision that is no longer valid returns 409 CONFLICT without it. Only while the
meeting runs (409 MEETING_NOT_RUNNING).
