Changes the rule of the series the meeting belongs to, from startDate on. Send it through any occurrence of the series. To end the series, send the current rule with UNTIL. Occurrences already held never change. Planned occurrences the new rule no longer has are cancelled, and their open topics move to the series backlog. Send the change with dryRun: true first, show the result, then send it again with dryRun: false.

Scope meetings:write. Organizers, co-organizers and Space admins (for meetings that are not private). Recorded in the audit log.
