Invite participant
Invite a member or an external guest to a meeting; in a planned meeting the invitation goes out shortly after.
POST
Send either
userId for a member or email for an external guest, never both. An address that
belongs to an active account is invited as that member, so one person is never listed twice. Guests
cannot sign in and never co-organize.
In a planned meeting the new participant receives the invitation shortly after. A meeting holds up
to 500 participants.

meetings:write. Organizers and co-organizers. The meeting must not be closed or cancelled.
