Changes a participant’s role, or records an external guest’s answer on their behalf. Send at least one of the two fields. Members answer for themselves through Respond to invitation; setting rsvp for a member returns 403 FORBIDDEN. The organizer’s role cannot be changed (409 CONFLICT).

Scope meetings:write. Organizers and co-organizers. The meeting must not be closed or cancelled.
