What the terms cover
The terms and conditions of Infometis AG apply to every Collabase order as soon as you accept it. They set out the service, the obligations on both sides, term, invoicing and liability. Your offer adds to them; where the offer differs, the offer prevails.
What we deliver
Collabase comes either as a cloud environment we operate for your organisation, or as a licence for running it on your own infrastructure. Which apps, which scope and which operating model apply is stated in the offer.
Term and termination
The cloud runs in the rhythm you chose, monthly or yearly, and renews for the same period as long as nobody terminates. Self-hosted licences run for at least one full year. The notice periods are set out in the terms and in your offer.
Invoicing
We invoice in advance, cloud per user and self-hosted per licence and year. How that works in detail is described under "How we bill".
Support
Customer support takes your reports. How fast we respond and what that covers in a given case is set out in the terms and, where agreed, in a separate service level.
Your data stays yours
The terms change nothing about the content you create in Collabase: it belongs to your organisation. We process it solely to deliver the service. The details are governed by the data processing agreement.
Liability
The terms limit liability to the extent Swiss law permits. That limit does not apply to intent and gross negligence.
Applicable law
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
