An action that produces a file, such as a PDF, an export or a picture, writes it with context.files. Later steps get a reference to the file instead of a copy of its content.
write takes a name and a Buffer or a Readable, and returns a string. Return that string in the result, and a later step that has a file input can use it.

Where files live

Files are stored in the storage of the automation workspace. A file belongs to the workspace that wrote it: the id of a file is useless in another workspace.

Limits

A larger file is refused with an error. Compress it, or send it to the other system from inside the action instead of passing it on.
