Persistent storage - Collabase

The store keeps small pieces of JSON that outlive a run. Triggers use it to remember where they stopped. Actions use it for counters, cursors and ids.

Scopes

Scope	Visible to
Flow (the default)	Only the flow that wrote the value.
Workspace	Every flow of the same automation workspace. Pass `StoreScope.PROJECT`.

await context.store.put("tokenCache", { token }, StoreScope.PROJECT);

The scopes are separate: a key written in one scope is not found in the other. A value is never visible in another workspace.

Limits

Limit	Value
Size of one value	512 KB
Length of a key	256 characters

Keep values small. A store is not a database. Keep records in Tables when people need to see or edit them.
