Spaces
A Space is a self-contained workspace with its own members, apps and content. A Space often stands for a department, a product area, a project or a team. Content and members in one Space do not affect any other Space.Apps in a Space
Each Space can switch these apps on or off:
A Space Admin decides which apps are active. A disabled app is hidden from the sidebar, and its data stays in place.
Projects inside a Space
A Space can hold several projects. A project lives in the Projects app and has its own workflow, task types, members and settings. Project access is managed separately: being a member of a Space does not give you access to every project in it.Roles
Every member of a Space has one of four roles: Space Admin, Manager, Member or Viewer. What Managers, Members and Viewers may do is set by the Space’s Permission Scheme. Space Admins always have full access to the Space.Next steps
